TICKET PRICES All main events are priced at £6.00 Full Price / £5.00 Reduced Rate with the exception of Grace Maxwell and Edwyn Collins, which is £12.50 / £11.50 Reduced Rate

Children’s events are priced at £4.00 Workshops are priced at £6.00 Eden Court Friends receive £1.00 additional discount on all of the above prices

BOOKING YOUR TICKETS Our Box Office is in the theatre foyer and is open each day from 10.00 until 21.00. You can book tickets ONLINE at www.eden-court.co.uk or at www.invernessbookfestival.co.uk, by telephone on 01463 234 234 or in person at Eden Court. You can also book at our Eastgate Centre Box Office. The Eastgate Box Office is on the ground floor beside the Café. Opening times are Monday - Saturday from 11.00 until 17.00, and from 12.00 to 16.00 every Sunday.

RESERVATIONS Tickets can be reserved in person or over the phone in advance for any performance at Eden Court. We will hold reserved tickets for three working days. Please note that any reservations not paid for in full within three working days will be released for sale.

REDUCED RATES Reduced rates are offered for most Book Festival events. Only one reduction applies per ticket. Reductions generally apply to under 18s, full-time students, over 60s, people claiming unemployment benefit, people with disabilities, people on income support and parties of 10 or more. We may ask to see proof of reduced rate status.

People with disabilities may bring an escort at a reduced rate price if assistance is needed. Eden Court is a member of Highland Council’s Plus One scheme. For further details please contact Highland Council.

POSTAGE CHARGES We can post your tickets to you for just 80p per transaction. You can of course collect your tickets in person at any time, either from the Box Office or from our Sales Desk.

BOOKING FEES A 5% Booking Fee applies to all online and phone sales. Book Festival Workshops do not attract a booking fee.

DATA PROTECTION Eden Court is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and is committed to upholding the Data Protection Act. Should you wish to be removed from our mailing list, please email marketing@eden-court.co.uk

PAYMENT METHODS Payment can be made by cash, cheque (made payable to Eden Court), Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Visa Debit Cards or Eden Court Gift Vouchers. Payment can be made in person, by phone or by post. Please note that we do not currently accept Maestro for payment online.

EDEN COURT FRIENDS Eden Court Friends receive generous ticket discounts on Book Festival tickets (in addition to a range of other benefits). Friends receive £2.00 discount on tickets priced £10.00 or over and £1.00 off tickets £9.99 and under. EDEN COURT RESTAURANT AND BARS Eden Court’s restaurant is the perfect place for a meal, snack or a drink. The restaurant is open from 10.00 am each day. Our bars serve a tempting selection of beers and wines, and will happily take your Pre-interval drinks order – download your order form from the website.

LATE ADMISSIONS Latecomers will not be admitted to events until a suitable break in the performance, which may not be until the interval, if at all. Please try not to disturb other patrons when getting to your seat.
