Levi Roots

Levi Roots is a cook, entrepreneur and musician. He gained widespread fame after appearing on the BBC 2 TV programme Dragon's Den seeking funding for his Reggae Reggae Sauce, which is now stocked in all major supermarkets in the UK. Levi also creates delicious West Indian recipes in the kitchen of his new South London eatery, Papine Jerk Centre and as a successful reggae musician he has performed with James Brown, sung to Nelson Mandela, and was nominated for a MOBO award in 1998. His album Red Hot was also launched last year.
